SCOPE OF WORK
Provide for compatible use among the military and private sectors and develop resilient energy strategies that strengthen the Mississippi Gulf Coast to all disasters under a DOD Compatible Use and Military Installation Sustainability Grant. The grant will implement recommendations from both of the 2017 Joint Land Use Studies prepared for the Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport and Special Areas and Keesler Air Force Base. Project includes an energy and security action plan. Required work includes accessing environmental models and development of a GIS database.
